Glucomannan is also called the World's Super Fiber.
Gluco 100 is a natural water-soluble fermentable dietary fiber obtained from the tubers or root of the elephant yam, also known as Amorphophallus konjac. It is known to be one of the most viscous dietary fiber.

Gluco 100 is taken 1 capsule 1 hour before meals with 1-2 glasses of cold or tap water (never with hot or warm water). Twice a day.
NOTE : Maintenance medicines/vitamins/supplements should be taken 1 hour before taking Gluco 100 and 3-4 hours after meals.
PRECAUTIONS: Pregnant and Lactating mothers: Gluco 100 is not intended for pregnant women and lactating mothers.
Choking Hazard:
- Do not take the powder out of its gelatin capsule and ingest it. The residue of glucomannan in Gluco 100 in the throat may expand and block the airway.
- Never take Gluco 100 before bedtime to avoid Gastroesophageal Reflux.
- Don't flush Gluco 100 with hot water or liquids such as coffee and tea when taking glucomannan for these may disrupt the gelatin capsule and expedite the expansion of Glucomannan.
Diabetes: Gluco 100 may interfere with blood sugar control. Monitor blood sugar closely if you have diabetes and taking oral hypoglycemic agents.
Surgery: Gluco 100 might interfere with blood sugar control during and after surgery. Stop using Gluco 100 at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
